The Employee Handbook is authorized and approved for use by the city and its employees. A copy of the Employee Handbook is attached to Res. 12-026, passed December 11, 2012, and is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the City Clerk. The provisions thereof shall amend and restate the provisions of the former Employee Handbook.
