(A) Generally. An applicant who receives an approved application under this chapter (“permittee”) shall comply with all permit directions and conditions.
(B) Displaying or carrying of permit. The permittee or their representative shall display the permit or carry it upon there person during the event.
(C) Event vendor's permits. No event that features businesses or organizations providing goods or services for compensation shall be issued a permit, unless each vendor pays the per-event fee as set forth in § 110.06(F). The fee charged shall be subject to the fee schedule as adopted by City Council and as may be amended from time to time. The requirements for such vendors shall be established in the application for the event and shall further include any other conditions that the City Manager shall prescribe.
(D) All permits issued to a permittee shall be displayed at all times during the operation of the vending business, to include any special events vendor's permit, business license and any state inspection or license.
