Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Code § 6-1-330, as amended, a public hearing shall be held prior to the adoption of this subchapter. All actions taken by the City Manager in providing the required notice of the hearing are hereby approved and ratified. The form of the proposed notice of public hearing is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
