§ 50.03 USE OF ELECTRICITY IN UNSPECIFIED MANNER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who has a contract, agreement, license, or permission, oral or written, with or from the city to use electricity for certain specified purposes and in a specified manner to wilfully and intentionally withdraw or cause to be withdrawn, in any manner, and appropriate to his own use or to the use of any other person electric current for purposes and in the manner other than those specified. It shall be unlawful for any such person to whom such electric current is furnished from, or by means of a meter, to wilfully and with intention to cheat and defraud the city alter or interfere with such meter, or by any contrivance whatsoever withdraw or take off electric current in any manner except through such meter.
