(A) It shall be unlawful for any person who has no contract, agreement, license, or permission with or from the city for the use of electric current belonging to or produced by or furnished by the city to wilfully withdraw or cause to be withdrawn in any manner and appropriate for his own use, or for the use of any other person, such current from the electrical system of the city.
(B) No person shall aid, abet, or assist any person in withdrawing and appropriating electrical current from the municipal electrical system to or for the use of that person or to or for the use of any other person.
