§ 50.08 ANNEXATION COVENANT AND UTILITY CONTRACT REQUIRED FOR UTILITY SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   No city utilities will be provided to any premises located outside the city limits and within a service area to be determined by the city, unless the property owner executes the approved annexation covenant contemporaneously with the utility contract attached to Resolution 09-006.
