(A) File cabinets, desk drawers, overhead cabinets and any other storage space containing documents with sensitive information will be locked when not in use, at the end of each workday or when unsupervised.
(B) Writing tablets, post-its, and the like in common shared work areas will be erased removed or shredded when not in use.
(C) Sensitive information to be discarded will be placed in a secured area or immediately shredded using a mechanical shredder.
(D) A photo ID will be required any time sensitive information related to a covered account is collected or changed. Examples include:
(1) New utility service applications;
(2) Changes to existing utility service applications; and
(3) Check cashing on utility payments, i.e., utility account paid by Social Security checks.
