The City Clerk and Treasurer and the Tax Collector shall add to the tax executions of any delinquent defaulting taxpayer all fees provided by S.C. Code § 12-51-40 for the County Treasurer and Sheriff, and all costs now or hereafter permitted by law for the collection of such delinquent taxes. Further, such fees and costs as are added thereto shall become a part of the general city funds.
