§ 95.11 HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES.
   (A) No person shall be employed, or continue employment, in any barber shop, beauty parlor, soda fountain, hotel, lodging house, lunch stand, tea room, grill, bar, restaurant, or any place handling or dispensing food or beverages for public consumption, unless free from all known infectious and contagious diseases.
   (B) No employer shall employ, or continue the employment of any employee during any period the employee is not in compliance with this section, any person in any barber shop, beauty parlor, soda fountain, hotel, lodging house, lunch stand, tea room, grill, bar, restaurant, or any place handling or dispensing food or beverages for public consumption, unless that person is free from all known infectious and contagious diseases.
   (C) Every person employed in any barber shop, or as a barber or apprentice, shall comply with all applicable laws of the state pertaining to barbers and barbering and with all applicable rules, regulations, and requirements of the State Department of Health and Environmental Control.
   (D) Every person employed in any beauty parlor or as an operator, cosmetologist, apprentice, or junior cosmetologist, or otherwise engaged in the cosmetic arts, shall comply with all applicable laws of the state pertaining to cosmetology and with all rules, regulations, and requirements of the State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners and all applicable rules, regulations, and requirements of the State Department of Health and Environmental Control.
   (E) Every person employed in any soda fountain, hotel, lodging house, lunch stand, tea room, grill, bar, restaurant, or any place handling or dispensing food or beverages for public consumption shall comply with all applicable laws of the state and all rules, regulations, and requirements of the State Department of Health and Environmental Control.
