§ 38.02 USE OF COUNTY ASSESSMENT BOOKS.
   As authorized by S.C. Code § 12-37-40, the Clerk and Treasurer shall copy from the books of the County Auditor the assessment of valuation thereon found and shall use the same as a basis of assessment of taxes for municipal purposes.
