7-1-3: PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY SIDEWALKS CLEAR OF OBSTRUCTIONS:
   A.   At all times a six foot (6') wide contiguous strip the complete length of the sidewalk shall be kept free of any obstructions in order to allow unimpeded pedestrian traffic. If the sidewalk is narrower than six feet (6'), than the full width of the sidewalk shall be kept free of obstructions. Obstructions include but are not limited to objects setting on the sidewalk or vegetation trespassing into the sidewalk space.
   B.   Property owners in the Central Business District may adjust the location of City benches within their business property frontage. Property owners may display signs and merchandise next to their building on a temporary basis. (Ord. 2-2018, 10-8-2018)
