5-3-7: UNLAWFUL RELEASE OF DOG:

It shall be unlawful for any person, except the owner, to intentionally release any dog restrained upon the owner’s property, without the owner’s permission. Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be subject to penalties as set forth in 5-3-9 of this Chapter. (Ord. 3-2018, 6-11-2018; amd. Ord. 5-2020, 3-9-2020)
