The City of Cambridge adopts title 25 chapter 28 section 25-2810 of the Idaho State Code as the appropriate authority dealing with dangerous and at-risk dogs. Any person in violation of this section shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred ($300.00) or up to six (6) months in the County Jail or both. Each 24-hour period that a violation continues is considered a separate offense. (Ord. 3-2018, 6-11-2018; amd. Ord. 5-2020, 3-9-2020)
