5-3-4: NUISANCE:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, keeps, harbors, or has custody of any dog to fail to exercise proper care and control of said dog so as to prevent it from becoming a nuisance. Excessive, continuous or untimely barking, howling or attacking shall be deemed a nuisance.
   B.   This section shall not apply to veterinary hospitals.
   C.   Any person who is found to be in violation of this section shall be subject to penalties as set forth in 5-3-9 of this chapter. (Ord. 3-2018, 6-11-2018; amd. Ord. 5-2020, 3-9-2020)
