DOG: Any dog breed recognized by the American Kennel Club, or any cross-breed of a recognized breed.
DOG CONTROL OFFICER: Any individual authorized by the city to enforce the provisions of this chapter including any state or local law enforcement officer whose duties in whole or in part include assignments that involve seizure and impoundment of any dog.
OWNER: Any one or more persons, firms, associations or corporations owning, harboring, keeping or possessing a dog or dogs within the corporate limits of the City. (Ord. 3-2018, 6-11-2018; amd. Ord. 5-2020, 3-9-2020)
