A. Any minor violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) subject to the conditions set forth in Idaho Code section 20-549.
B. Any parent found guilty of the offense of failure to supervise a child shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
C. Any nonparental adult violating the provisions of this chapter shall constitute an infraction.
D. A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued, or permitted. (Ord. 8-2016, 11-14-2016)
