5-1-4: CLIMBING ON CITY BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES:
It shall be unlawful for unauthorized persons to climb on or around any city building or structure, including, but not limited to, water towers, water tanks, pumps, pump houses, city hall, city museum, or storage sheds. (1998 Code)
