A. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. In addition to, or in lieu of, any criminal charges, the City shall be allowed to recover all costs of suppression.
B. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as repealing or amending in any way any safety provisions of the Fire Prevention Code heretofore adopted by the City. (Ord. 6-2016, 11-14-2016)
