A. Duty Of Owner Or Occupant: It shall be the duty of every owner or occupant of any place where solid waste is created or accumulated to at all times keep or cause to be kept portable appurtenances consisting of metal or other approved type of containers for the deposit therein of solid waste and, except as otherwise provided, to deposit or cause to be deposited all solid waste therein.
B. Duty Of Contractor: Contractor may provide carts to each residential customer of the City that subscribes for solid waste collection service. Contractor shall also be responsible for servicing such carts once a week.
C. Specifications: All containers shall be kept in a sanitary condition, with the inside and outside thereof washed at such time as to keep the same free and clean of all accumulated grease and decomposing material and so that no odor nuisance shall exist. (Ord. 2-2017, 11-13-2017)
