A law enforcement officer shall provide a person(s) who is violating any provision of this chapter with a written warning regarding the violation. Any person(s) violating this chapter after receiving the written warning shall upon conviction be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of $100.00. Any person(s) violating this chapter shall upon a second conviction be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of $200.00. Any person(s) violating this chapter upon a third and any subsequent conviction shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of $300.00 per conviction. (Ord. 6-2020, 10-13-2020)
