As a condition of rezoning, at any time during any stage of the development process, a development agreement may be required by the council, or it may be requested by the developer. A "development agreement" is a written agreement or a commitment which affects the use or development of a parcel of property which is the subject of a rezone or development request. A written commitment shall also be known as a development agreement. (Ord. 7-2008, 9-8-2008)
