A. Commencement: The developer shall commence all development as proposed within one year of the date of approval or all permits issued shall be automatically suspended without notice. If the improvements are not commenced within that one year period, the city council may review the plans and specifications for compliance with existing city standards prior to any new construction and require compliance with presently existing city standards before allowing construction.
B. Completion: Time of completion of improvements shall be as agreed upon by the subdivider and the city council. (Ord. 8-96, 11-11-1996)
