Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or jail of not more than ninety (90) days, or both a fine and imprisonment. The Washington County prosecuting attorney shall have the authority and responsibility to prosecute such violations. (Ord. 5-2004, 1-10-2005)
