A. Plan Amendment: Any proposal or application which is submitted which would alter, amend or affect the Washington County comprehensive plan in the city impact area shall first be referred to the city for hearing and review. The county shall hold no public hearings nor take any action upon any application for a period of forty five (45) days after it has been submitted to the city. The city shall be allowed that period of time to submit comment on the proposal, and city comment shall be made part of the official record of the county during any hearing on such proposal.
B. Renegotiations: In accordance with section 67-6526(d), Idaho Code, as amended, either the city or the county may request, in writing, the renegotiation of the plan or ordinances. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of such request by either party, arrangements shall be made for a meeting between the two (2) jurisdictions. (Ord. 5-2004, 1-10-2005)
