A. Application: The subdivider may submit a preapplication to the city council for review and comment on the proposed subdivision. The preapplication shall include at least one copy of a sketch plan. The sketch plan shall include the entire proposed subdivision and include the following:
1. The general layout and approximate dimension of streets, blocks, and lots in sketch form.
2. The existing conditions and characteristics of the land on and adjacent to the proposed subdivision site.
3. The areas set aside for any public facilities.
4. Water rights needed to be handled according to Idaho Code sections 31-3805 through 31-3806, delivery of water. (Ord. 7-2008, 9-8-2008)

C. City Council Action: Upon receipt of the preapplication sketch, the council will review the information at the next regular city council meeting to determine if the planned subdivision is consistent with the comprehensive plan, and to make recommendations for clarification and improvement of the subdivision plats.
