1-10-1: FACTORS CONSIDERED:
The following factors were considered by the Washington County planning commission and the mayor and council of the city of Cambridge, and the board of commissioners of Washington County, Idaho, in the establishment of an area of city impact:
   A.   Trade area.
   B.   Geological factors.
   C.   Areas that can reasonably be expected to be annexed to the city of Cambridge in the future. (Ord. 12-88, 7-11-1988)
