A. Developer Responsible For Costs: All costs incurred by the city for engineering and legal fees that are required by the development, shall be paid by the developer.
B. Payment Of Fees; Basis For Costs: All engineering and legal fees that will be incurred by the city shall be paid prior to any further action on the subdivision by the commission or the council. Fees shall be based on an hourly or fee schedule basis as passed by a resolution of the city council.
C. Costs Due To Errors: All costs due to errors on the part of the developer or his agents shall be the responsibility of the developer. (Ord. 8-96, 11-11-1996)
