A. Building Permit: No building or structure, aboveground or underground, shall be hereafter erected, reconstructed, structurally altered, enlarged or moved unless a building permit has been obtained from the city zoning administrator and/or building official, or other person designated by the city council, which permit shall be issued if the plans, specifications and completed project shall conform with the requirements of this title.
B. State Permit For Sewer System: A permit to construct sewer systems is also required by the state board of health and is necessary in order to obtain a building permit from the city. (Ord. 3-95, 5-8-1995, eff. 5-8-1995)
