10-5-5: CHANGING USE:
A nonconforming use shall not be changed to a use of lower or less restrictive classification. Such nonconforming use may, however, be changed to another use of the same or higher classification. (Ord. 3-95, 5-8-1995, eff. 5-8-1995)
