Any violation of any section of this chapter, unless otherwise specifically set forth herein, shall be an infraction punishable by a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to the owner of the property. For purposes of this chapter, in the case of a continuing violation, each day of violation shall constitute a separate infraction. (Ord. 3-2019, 6-10-2019)
