9-2-4: SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS:
Under the provisions of Idaho Code section 67-4612, the City may provide by ordinances, special conditions or restrictions for the protection, enhancement and preservation of historic properties. (Ord. 16-86, 1-12-1987)
