8-1-13: NONLIABILITY OF CITY:

The city shall not be held liable for damages to any water user by reason of stoppage or interruption of the water supply caused by scarcity of water, accident to waterworks or water main, alterations, repairs, termination of water service, or from any other causes. (Ord. 2-2014, 5-12-2014)
