A. Right Of Entry For Inspection: The public works superintendent or any person designated by the city shall be given free and unobstructed access at all times to all improvements or areas supplied with water from the city public water system. Access shall be given to the public works superintendent or his designee to examine the condition of the apparatus, the amount of water used, any connections or alterations to the system, and the manner of its using. Any water user violating this chapter, the rules and regulations relating to water usage, water supply or to the city public water system shall forfeit all payments or deposits made. Access may be denied, which will result in immediate termination of water and sewer services per subsection 8-1-5D of this chapter. (Ord. 2-2014, 5-12-2014)
