A. Fund Created; Expenditures: There is hereby created an enterprise fund to be known and designated as the water revenue fund. All charges and fees and all connection fees received and collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited to the credit of the water revenue fund and such monies are hereby set aside and perpetually appropriated for, and shall be expended only for, the payment of:
1. Costs and expenses of maintenance, operation, replacement and repair of the city public water system; and
2. Constructing, improving and extending the city public water system as the term "water system" is described by Idaho Code section 50-1029(b) or any successor code section; and
3. The principal and interest on revenue funds duly issued and sold in accordance with ordinances of the city and statutes of the state.
B. Duties Of Clerk: The city clerk shall bill and receive all charges and fees and all connection fees in the time and manner required by the city council or by an ordinance. (Ord. 2-2014, 5-12-2014)
