A. Water User Fees: From time to time, the city shall adopt resolutions, which resolutions shall set rates to be charged for water service and usage delivered to residential and commercial users and for bulk water sales.
B. Water Connection Fees: From time to time, the city shall adopt resolutions, which resolutions shall set fees and charges for each and every connection to city water mains and lines, for application for service, for temporary termination of service, any involuntary termination of service and any other fees deemed necessary. In addition to the connection fee, the property owner shall be responsible for the total expenses incurred from the installation for labor, services, and materials provided in putting in each water main tap, service line, water meter vault and water meter including the current cost of materials and the actual cost of all asphalt repair after the installation of the water service.
C. Connection Charges Separate From Service Rates: The charges for connecting to the public water system shall be made, imposed and collected as a separate charge and are hereby declared to be separate and in addition to the fees and charges imposed and collected pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this section and are in addition to and separate from any other charge or fee imposed by any other ordinance.
