§ 52.07 DEBT SERVICE CHARGES.
   The debt service charges for capital improvement projects (§ 52.06(A) Category A) shall be determined by the flow measured by the water meter at each user’s premises. The unit cost for flow shall be calculated by dividing the Category A (Debt Service) cost by the total metered flow sold to users of the wastewater disposal system.
