§ 52.01 PREAMBLE.
   The fees, rates and charges for using the village wastewater disposal system facilities shall be upon the conditions and in the amounts set forth in this chapter, except where this chapter is declared inapplicable for a particular user by a written contract providing for alternative charges between such user and the village.
