§ 51.017 WASTEWATER DISCHARGES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge into any natural outlet within the service area of the village any wastewater or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with subsequent provisions of this chapter.
