§ 153.038 MODULAR, MANUFACTURED HOMES.
   (A)   Modular homes, as defined in this chapter, shall be allowed in any residential district subject to all applicable standards.
   (B)   Modular homes may also be known as factory-built homes.
   (C)   Manufactured homes, as defined by this chapter, shall be prohibited within the village.
