§ 153.037 PUBLIC USES; CRITICAL, ESSENTIAL AND SUPPORTING.
   (A)   Critical, essential and supporting public uses shall be allowed in any zoning district by right. All applicable laws or other ordinances of the village shall apply.
   (B)   All structures associated with a public use shall be subject to applicable setbacks for the district in which they are located.
   (C)   Site plan approval and a zoning permit shall be required.
