§ 153.028 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS, COMPLETION AND OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   All structures requiring a building permit shall be designed and constructed to meet any requirements of the State Construction Code, as amended, and with all applicable regulations adopted thereunder.
   (B)   (1)   Any construction in any district must have all exterior work completed and inspected within 365 days from date a building permit is issued.
      (2)   One extension of up to 180 days may be granted by the Zoning Administrator if requested by the applicant within five days of the deadline.
   (C)   All uses, including nonconforming uses, shall obtain a certificate of occupancy from the County Building Department when a certificate is required by the State Construction Code.
   (D)   All of the requirements and conditions contained in any development approvals applicable to the property, including zoning, site plan and other village approval, that have not been met at the time of the issuance of the development approval, shall be required to have been met before the issuance of any zoning permit.
