§ 153.024 RESTORATION OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the strengthening or restoring to a safe condition any part of any building or structure declared unsafe by the Zoning Administrator, Building Official or Public Health Inspector.
