(A) In the interpretation, application and enforcement of this chapter, whenever any of the provisions or limitations imposed or required by this chapter are more stringent than any other law or ordinance, then the provisions of this chapter shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other law or ordinance impose more stringent requirements than is imposed or required by this chapter, then the provisions of such other law or ordinance shall govern.
(B) The graphics, tables and text used throughout this chapter are regulatory. In case of a conflict, text shall control over tables or graphics; tables shall control over graphics. Photographs and illustrations marked “example” or “for illustrative purposes only” are not regulatory and are provided for illustrative support only.
