§ 153.020 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise specifically stated, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all lands within the village and within all zoning districts.As an aid to users, this chapter cross-references sections that are or might be applicable to other sections.
   (B)   An incorrect or lack of cross-reference does not relieve a person from complying with all applicable requirements of this chapter. The chapter must be read and applied “as a whole”.
