§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, organization, institution or agency of government that violates the provisions of this chapter or that fails to comply with a certificate of appropriateness or any of the regulatory measures of the Historic District Commission adopted pursuant to this chapter is responsible for a civil violation and may be fined a sum not to exceed $100. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense provided the fines do not exceed $5,000.
   (B)   A person, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, organization, institution or agency of government that violates the provisions of this chapter or that fails to comply with a certificate of appropriateness or any of the regulatory measures of the Historic District Commission adopted pursuant to this chapter may be ordered by the court to pay the costs to restore or replicate a resource unlawfully constructed, added to, altered, repaired, moved, excavated or demolished.
