§ 31.21 TERM OF OFFICE.
   The term of office shall be two years, beginning November 15 of each even year with the first full term of the Village Clerk commencing in 2022. A Village Clerk initially appointed under this subchapter shall serve from the date of appointment until November 15, 2022.
