§ 151.39 ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Downtown Development Authority shall submit to the Village Council, each year, a copy of the Annual Report on Status of Tax Increment Financing Plan filed by the Downtown Development Authority with the Michigan Department of Treasury pursuant to the requirements of the relevant provisions of 2018 Public Act 57, M.C.L.A. § 125.4911. The Downtown Development Authority shall submit this copy of the report to the Village Council within 30 days of filing the report with the Department of Treasury.
