§ 93.14 ANNUAL REPORT.
   Pursuant to § 10(5) of the Act (Public Act 48 of 2002, being M.C.L.A. § 484.3110(5)), the Village Clerk shall file an annual report with the Authority on the use and disposition of funds annually distributed by the Authority.
