§ 31.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE.
   In accordance with the authority for the appointment of a Village Manager granted to the village in Public Act 3 of 1895, being M.C.L.A. § 65.8, General Law Village Act, Chapter II, § 2 and Chapter V, § 8, the office of Village Manager is established with attendant duties of the office as set forth in this subchapter.
