(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $100 together with costs of prosecution, or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
